A Wenger Plattner team led by Oliver Künzler acted as lead advisor legal and tax to Omnes with respect to its investment in EIM Group, the pre-eminent player in interim management services.
Omnes is a leading European direct investor in private equity and infrastructure with EUR 5bn assets under management.
