Adam Herzfeld
Senior Associate
Adam Herzfeld is a senior associate in our Private Clients practice group. He provides legal advice in the areas of wealth and estate planning and execution (wills, prenuptial agreements, inheritance contracts and company succession), as well as in the areas of child and adult protection law (living wills, advance care directives and guardianships).
In addition, he represents clients in Swiss and international disputes relating to inheritance and commercial law. Further areas of activity are labor law and general contract and commercial law.
Before returning to Switzerland in 2019, Adam Herzfeld practiced for several years as a lawyer in Israel, where he primarily worked in the areas of cross border inheritance law and international commercial litigation.
