New partner at Wenger Plattner
We are pleased to inform you that Michael A. Schifferli, attorney at law, became a partner at our law firm on 1 July 2024.
Michael Schifferli is a partner in the Litigation & Arbitration and Private Clients practice groups. As an experienced litigator, he represents private clients and companies before state courts and international arbitral tribunals in Switzerland and abroad. He also acts as arbitrator.
His expertise includes complex contractual, commercial and agency disputes under Swiss law and UN sales law, corporate disputes, post-M&A disputes and disputes with banks.
He represents private clients in particular in matters of succession planning and inheritance disputes. In his work, Michael relies on his international network which enables him to consider all aspects of cross-border case handling. He also has expertise in Swiss association and foundation law.
Michael Schifferli advises clients in Bern and Zurich.
