Wenger Plattner advises AUDI AG regarding the Collaboration with Sauber Group as Strategic Partner for its Formula 1 Entry
AUDI AG („AUDI“) has entered into an agreement with Sauber Group to become the strategic partner of AUDI’s F1 programme. AUDI also plans to acquire a stake in the Sauber Group. The long-standing Swiss F1 racing team becomes the AUDI F1 works team from the 2026 season onwards.
Wenger Plattner has advised AUDI on all legal aspects with respect to the collaboration and the share acquisition. The team was led by Dr. Oliver Künzler, Partner/Head Practice Group Corporate/M&A.
