Wenger Plattner has advised Normet Group in its investment in motics
A Wenger Plattner team led by Oliver Künzler has advised Normet Group with respect to all legal and aspects in its investment in motics, a pioneering force in electrifying off-highway equipment.
Through this investment, Normet Group continues to invest in electrification technology and to pave the way for cleaner and more sustainable underground mining and tunnelling.
The further core team consisted of Markus Muehlemann, Tax, Benjamin Dürig and Valérie Berger, both Corporate/M&A.
