A Wenger Plattner team led by Oliver Künzler together with Valérie Berger in the core team has supported the shareholders of LubioScience in all legal aspects with respect to the sale of all of their shares Europa Biosite (Nordic BioSite Group), a portfolio company of Adelis Equity Partners.
