We are pleased that Urs Reinwald, Simon Schweizer and Dr. Daniel Zimmerli have joined our partnership.
Simon Schweizer advises and represents companies and individuals in the areas of Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial and Private Clients and he acts as notary in the Canton of Basel-Stadt. Urs Reinwald specializes in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, and has significant experience in representing entrepreneurs, investors, start-ups, SMEs and public companies across a broad range of business sectors. Daniel Zimmerli`s preferred areas of practice cover Antitrust Law, Administrative Law, Economic Constitutional Law as well as Administrative Procedure. He has an in-depth knowledge of the infrastructure and the healthcare sector and advises and represents clients both in courts and before administrative bodies.
