Marco Rostetter is an attorney at law within the Insolvency and Restructuring team and Corporate and Commercial business group. His main areas of focus are providing advice and conducting litigation in relation to debt enforcement and bankruptcy as well as contractual, commercial and corporate matters.
In addition, Marco Rostetter has particular knowledge in the field of statutes of limitations concerning tax law and related administrative and criminal law issues. He also acts in tax proceedings before administrative authorities and courts.
