Yannick Hostettler advises and represents Swiss and foreign companies as well as individuals in proceedings before national courts at all levels and arbitration tribunals. He specialises in commercial and business litigation, particularly in the areas of contract, distribution, intellectual property, and employment law.
Yannick Hostettler has experience in conducting cross-border litigation, in the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgements, and in international legal assistance in civil and criminal matters. He publishes regularly on topics concerning civil procedure and intellectual property law.
