Hans Ulrich Liniger

Hans Ulrich Liniger acts as counsel at Wenger Plattner. He advises clients on legal and strategy issues relating to constitutional and administrative law as well as public commercial law, particularly environmental, energy and water law (water right licenses and reversion). As an entrepreneur, founder and chairman of the board of directors of the renowned environmental consulting firm, Ecosens AG, and former head of legal services at an international building materials company, he has extensive experience in the areas of law mentioned, but also in management and strategy issues in connection with company takeovers (environmental due diligence, EDD).

Hans Ulrich Liniger has lectured in various institutions of higher professional education for many years.
