Wenger Plattner Team has advised WSD on the acquisition of Solvians
A Wenger Plattner team led by Oliver Künzler has advised WSD, a structured products software provider, backed by Bowmark Capital, a leading private equity investment firm specialising in growth companies valued at up to £300 million, on all Swiss legal aspects regarding the acquisition of Solvians, a leading Germany-based technology company with a focus on market data and portals for the structured products industry.
The combination of the two companies will create a market-leading provider of structured products software solutions with strong capabilities in document generation, workflow automation, data management, regulatory filings and web-based portals.
The core team further consisted of Benjamin Dürig, Counsel, Valérie Berger and Linda Lauterbach, both Associates.
