Constitutional and Administrative Law

The team of Wenger Plattner has extensive expertise and experience in constitutional and administrative law. We focus primarily on advising and representing companies and individuals before cantonal and federal administrative authorities and administrative courts. Our areas of specialism include planning and public building regulations, environmental law, procurement, energy and telecommunications law and health law. We aim to protect our clients against unlawful or unnecessary governmental restrictions on their business activity. We also assist government agencies and parliamentary bodies with regard to legislation and prepare expert opinions for authorities, companies and individuals on complex issues of constitutional and administrative law.

The team works closely with other Wenger Plattner teams, especially the Real Estate, Life Sciences and Tax teams, with a view to providing one-stop solutions for our clients.
