WENGER PLATTNER is a law firm with a long tradition and is today one of Switzerland's leading commercial law firms with more than 70 attorneys and tax advisors at offices in Basel, Zürich and Bern and a representation in Geneva. Although we are independent, we maintain excellent relationships with numerous law firms worldwide.
Commercial law is our preferred domain. The main focus of our activity is on corporate and contract law, restructuring and insolvency law, IT/IP law, real estate and construction law and tax law. We also have particular expertise in various specialist areas, for example life sciences, art and entertainment law, sports law, trust and estate law and arbitration. Our office in Basel offers a range of notary services, in particular relating to business transactions in accordance with German contract and corporate law.
Advisory and litigation services are equally offered by us, thereby competently and successfully furthering the interests of our clients. Many of our attorneys have benefited from further training in foreign countries or gained specialist qualifications. We are not only able to advise our clients in our national languages German, French and Italian, but also in English and, to some extent, in Spanish and Portuguese.
