Zurich Commentary on the Simple Partnership Newly Released

These days, the new edition of the Zurich Commentary on the Simple Partnership (vol. V/a, Article 530-551 CO), on the General Partnership and on the Limited Partnership (vol. V/b, Article 552-619 CO) is being released. The Zurich Commentary serves as a leading reference book both for judges and for scholars and is among the Bern Commentary one of the two major commentaries on Swiss civil law. Our senior associate Reto Vonzun, a renowned specialist in the field of the Swiss law on the Simple and the General Partnership, acted as co-author of the commentary on the Simple Partnership.
